Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We will happily accept returns if the following conditions are met

1. The goods are returned in the original condition in the original packaging.
2. The goods are returned with the original purchase order or receipt
3. The goods were purchased online from our coolpod.com.au website
4. The goods are not more than 12 months old(after the warranty period)

Ensure your order number,name and address,date of purchase plus the reason for return is included in the return

If you have purchased the wrong size,we will accept the goods back provided they have not been used even if the packaging has been damaged.
